Keeply for Android

Terms of Use

Effective: September 26, 2026 · Version: 1.0

Keeply is a local inventory organization tool. You remain in control of the information you record and are responsible for checking dates, quantities, and any decisions supported by the app.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These terms govern use of the Keeply mobile app, published by GaboRohez. By installing or using Keeply, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Keeply is intended for people aged 18 or older. Minors should only use it with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use Keeply on compatible devices solely for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded it.

You may not attempt to compromise the app, distribute modified versions, impersonate Keeply, or use it to infringe third-party rights or applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, its design, marks, or code.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Enter accurate information and keep it current.
  • Physically verify stock, labels, and dates before making decisions.
  • Protect access to your device and independently preserve any information you need to back up.
  • Use photos, names, and other content that you have the right or permission to use.
  • Do not use Keeply for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

4. Health and medication information

Keeply is not a medical device and does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or safety advice.

Expiration alerts, stock information, lists, and any medicine-related information are organizational tools. They may contain errors, be delayed, or fail to appear. They do not replace a product label, manufacturer instructions, or guidance from health professionals. Ask a qualified professional about the use, storage, expiration, or disposal of medication.

Do not use Keeply as the sole mechanism for dose reminders, emergencies, or decisions that may affect health or safety.

5. Local data, availability, and backup

Keeply works mainly on device and does not create accounts. You retain your rights in the information and photos you record. Data may be lost if you clear app storage, uninstall the app, change devices, experience device failure, or encounter a software issue. This version does not offer synchronization or remote recovery.

See the Privacy Policy for permissions, ML Kit technical processing, and deletion options.

6. Third-party services

Keeply uses Google ML Kit and Google Play components for features such as text recognition and barcode scanning. Availability may depend on your device, connection, Android version, and installed services. Use of those components is also subject to applicable Google terms and policies.

7. Availability, warranties, and liability

The app is provided “as is” and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use Keeply, including decisions based on incorrect data, alerts that do not appear, or loss of local information. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Keeply and uninstall it at any time. We may stop maintaining or distributing the app, or restrict use when necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may change the app or these terms. The version posted here will show its effective date. If you continue using Keeply after an update applies, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms, subject to rights provided by law.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms, use the public form in the legal repository. Do not include sensitive information in a public inquiry.
